I am a builder of spec homes in CT and I must say that these are the worst suppliers I've ever had to deal with. Even though I paid for inside delivery they dumped several hundred pounds of wood in my clients driveway and refused to bring it into the house. When the client and I called to complain they said they would not send someone back to bring the wood inside and said they wouldn't do anything to help resolve my issue but did offer to deduct a small amount from my invoice. Everyone who works at the location has been rude and dismissive to my client and showed no interest at all in being accommodating. I will never have anything to do with Lumber Liquidators ever again and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone just because they are cheap - you get what you pay for and with these guys, it's not worth saving a few cents a foot.
