Liberty Travel — Establishment and travel agency at 55 Westport Avenue, Norwalk, Connecticut.

I visited Liberty Travel in Norwalk early in 2015 to inquire about a one week trip to Sanibel Island FL in April. The response I received was, "you mean in 2016?" and I explained that we are interested in going in 2015. The agent just shook her head and said there is nothing available now and handed me a brochure. I did some research on my own after receiving a tip from a friend and booked 5 days at a small quiet resort, airline and car rental. We had a wonderful time. Now we are interested in a Thanksgiving vacation in the FL keys. I visited the Norwalk location on 10/14 and the manager took down information and said she would call that afternoon or the next day. I didn't receive a call for several days and called on 10/19 and was told the manager was at a conference and would return on Friday. I asked if anyone else could assist me, but was told to leave my name, phone number and referenced the earlier visit. As of today, 10/23, I have not heard from Liberty Travel and will contact a difference agency for plans in February. I didn't think they were so busy that they could not return a phone call.
