Wesco Tractors & Equipment — Establishment and food at 27 Broad Street, Norwalk, Connecticut.

I requested that Westco Tractor perform a service on my Kuboto Lawn Tractor and RTV which we purchased from them. I asked that they change filters and fluids, lube the grease fittings and sharpen the blades. The experience was entirely unsatisfying. First they did not lube the fittings or sharpen the blade. The oil was still black so they likely did not change that as well. I had to call them back out to do this basic work. Then they charged my credit card without authorization for $923 !!!! I called so many time to complain and they always promised to call back...but never did. My advice, find someone else to service your equipment.
